LATAM Sales Manager / Country Representative
We are expanding our business across Latin America and are looking for experienced Sales Managers / Country Representatives to lead business development in Peru, Brazil and Colombia.
We welcome professionals with strong experience in Power & Utilities, Smart Metering, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, EV Charging, Microgrids and Energy Solutions, especially those with established customer and industry networks in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for the assigned country or market;
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including utilities, power companies, energy companies, government/public-sector organizations, EPCs, system integrators, distributors and major commercial customers;
- Promote and develop business opportunities for our products and solutions, including:
- Smart Meters / Smart Metering Solutions
- Power & Electricity-related Products
- Renewable Energy Solutions
- EV Charging Stations and Charging Solutions




- Microgrid and Integrated Energy Solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer needs analysis, commercial negotiation, tendering, project follow-up and contract closing;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers, partners and distribution channels;
- Identify major projects and new business opportunities and develop the local customer pipeline;
- Monitor local power and energy policies, market trends, competitors and industry developments;
- Work closely with HQ teams, including product, technical, engineering and delivery teams, to ensure successful project implementation;
- Participate in building the local sales team and channel network as the business grows.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy, Business, Marketing or a related field;
- 3+ years of B2B sales, project sales or key account management e
