Job Description:
At Schneider Electric, exceptional talent makes us extraordinary. We are looking for a Manager HRBP for Colombia & Ecuador to partner with business leaders and drive people strategies that support organizational growth and performance.
What will you do?
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders.
- Drive talent, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, and other HR functions.
- Lead employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
- Analyze HR metrics and insights to support business decisions.
- Support change management and leadership development initiatives.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years as an HR Business Partner.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Advanced English proficiency. * Strategic mindset, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
