We are seeking an Intake / Legal Administrative Specialist to support a busy Personal Injury practice. This role is idóneo for professionals who excel at client communication, case intake, administrative support, and working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Requirements
- Advanced English and Spanish (Bilingual)
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Experience in a U.S. law firm is highly preferred
- Personal Injury background is a strong advantage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Availability to work 100% on-site
- Immediate availability is a plus
What You'll Do
- Manage and qualify new client intakes
- Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, and text
- Gather and organize case information and documentation
- Maintain accurate records within legal systems
- Provide administrative support to the legal team
- Ensure a positive client experience from the first point of contact
- Candidates must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
- The client strongly prefers candidates available to work on-site.
- Personal Injury experience is preferred but not mandatory for Intake candidates.
- The team is looking to hire quickly due to an immediate business need.
