We’re Hiring: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Solution Lead | Hybrid – Colombia or Mexico

Are you a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales professional with strong consulting, solution leadership, and enterprise CRM transformation experience?

We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Solution Lead to drive customer success from business development and solution consulting through implementation, becoming a trusted advisor for organizations transforming their sales and customer engagement processes.

What you’ll do:
- Lead business consulting and requirements definition for enterprise CRM initiatives
- Analyze sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes and identify transformation opportunities
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders, end users, and executive sponsors
- Define solution scope, roadmaps, and implementation strategies
- Lead Dynamics 365 Sales implementation projects from planning through delivery
- Coordinate consultants, architects, developers, and customer stakeholders
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks,



and customer expectations
- Oversee deployment, integration, testing, adoption, and support governance
- Serve as an escalation point for critical customer and delivery challenges
- Engage with C-level executives and business leaders to drive successful CRM transformation

What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in CRM consulting, enterprise application implementation, or digital transformation
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Proven experience leading enterprise CRM implementation projects
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, including Lead-to-Opportunity, Accounts & Contacts, Sales Pipeline, Forecasting, and Customer Engagement
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, Teams, Power BI, and ERP systems
