Bookkeeper
to support a portfolio of e-commerce and B2B service businesses.
Bookkeeping will be the primary focus of this role.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience who can confidently manage recurring bookkeeping responsibilities, identify discrepancies, maintain clean financial records, and support accurate monthly reporting with limited day-to-day supervision.
Because we operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, the role may also evolve over time to include exposure to other areas of the business. However, our priority is finding someone with strong bookkeeping experience first and foremost.

You will manage recurring bookkeeping activities, support monthly close processes, maintain financial documentation, flag issues for review, and work with internal leadership and accounting partners to ensure each company's books are accurate and ready for quarterly and year-end review.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of recurring bookkeeping and monthly close activities across a portfolio of e-commerce and B2B service businesses
- Categorize bank and credit card transactions accurately
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage
accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and complete required journal entries
- Assist with customer invoicing and payment tracking
- Track contractor and vendor expenses
- Calculate and record commissions where applicable
