Job Description
Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:
- Keep the team organized: Manage essential administrative tasks such as typing, filing, answering phone calls, maintaining calendars, and organizing mail and correspondence
- Maintain detailed documentation: Prepare, update, and track Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), meeting notes, and departmental records
- Coordinate ad-hoc projects: Support the planning and execution of departmental initiatives, activities, and special projects
- Deliver exceptional client service: Collaborate with the banquet team to address client needs and ensure a positive guest experience during events
