About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the core platforms that power our business, improving how they operate today while identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to create measurable business impact.

What You'll Own
Own the product roadmap and execution across core platforms.
Improve system performance, usability, and reliability across teams.
Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
Translate business problems into clear product direction and successfully delivered solutions.
Partner closely with Engineering, Analytics, Client Services, and Operations teams.
Define and track KPIs connected to business outcomes,
including efficiency, performance, and revenue impact.
Reduce operational friction by improving how systems connect, integrate, and perform.

What We're Looking For
Product & Systems Thinking
4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally owning and evolving real-world systems and platforms.
Strong ability to operate within constraints and improve complex environments.
Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes, not just delivering features or tasks.
Execution & Ownership
Strong end-to-end ownership and follow-through.
