The Director of HR Systems and Tools is responsible for managing and optimizing the full HR technology stack, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic goals and operational needs. This role will oversee system configuration, integrations, and data management, while partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver technology solutions that support our employees and drive business success.

As the primary owner of Workday and other HR systems, this role will ensure the effective delivery of HR services, reporting, and compliance.

Job Description

HR Tech Stack Ownership:
- Serve as the primary owner of Workday and other HR technology platforms, ensuring seamless operation and optimization.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of all HR systems, including integrations with other business platforms.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new HR tools and technologies to support business objectives and improve user experience.

System Strategy and Optimization:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR systems and tools,



ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify system enhancements and solutions that support talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and other HR processes.
- Continuously improve system functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HR systems.
- Develop robust reporting and analytics capabilities, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with HR leaders to create dashboards and reports for tracking key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and employee engagement.

Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:
