We are looking for a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of critical hosting and SaaS infrastructure across Linux, Windows, cloud, virtualization, networking, and containerized environments .

This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for infrastructure operations, automation, troubleshooting, compliance, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and the implementation of new hosted services. The position will also lead key infrastructure initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field .
- 7–10 years of relevant infrastructure engineering experience .
- Advanced expertise with Linux and Windows Servers, databases, and networking technologies .
- Strong experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, and Ansible .
- Experience with Docker CE, Docker Data Center , or equivalent container platforms.




- Design-level expertise with SaaS operating platforms .
- Experience with VMware virtualization and cloud infrastructure in managed service environments.
- Strong scripting and infrastructure automation capabilities.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, research, communication, and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to support alternative schedules and after-hours/on-call activities when necessary.
- Experience with SOC 2 or equivalent compliance frameworks is strongly preferred.
- Industry certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, or CCNA Security are highly desirable.
