Numerator seeks a Manager, General Compensation to lead and evolve our global compensation programs and philosophy from its Bogotá base. You will enable a simplified, consistent approach and partner with Talent leadership and the CHRO to ensure practical, business-aligned communications.
You will manage a Compensation team, drive governance and education across leaders and employees, and apply market data, internal equity, and financial judgment to practical solutions.
