We are seeking a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to strengthen database reliability and guide cloud migration efforts across SQL environments. Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft SQL Server environments to ensure stability and availability
Monitor database health, capacity, and performance metrics to prevent disruptions




Lead incident response for database failures, connectivity issues, and performance degradation
Optimize SQL performance by tuning queries, indexes, stored procedures, and design
Implement and maintain security controls and compliance-aligned configurations
Manage backups, restores, and disaster recovery readiness to meet RTO/RPO targets
Plan and execute upgrades and patching with minimal downtime
Develop monitoring and alerting to improve early detection and response
Automate routine administration tasks with scripts for maintenance and reporting
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring issues
Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles for support continuity
Partner with application and infrastructure teams to improve system efficiency
Support cloud migration activities affecting database platforms and workloads
