BILINGUAL SALES EXECUTIVE
Consultative Sales | U.S. Immigration Services
Remote | Full-Time | English and Spanish
Modest base + uncapped commission
Calderaro Law Group is seeking a Sales Executive who excels at creating and closing opportunities through consultative selling.

You will work with entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and families considering important decisions about their future in the United States. Your role is to understand what they want to accomplish, qualify the opportunity, explain our services clearly, and help the right prospects move from uncertainty to action.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Conduct sales consultations in English and Spanish.
Identify each prospect’s goals, concerns, timing, and decision process.
Qualify inbound leads and develop opportunities with new and existing clients.
Present the firm’s services, process, and fees clearly.
Address concerns and confidently ask for the sale.
Follow up through telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
Reactivate qualified prospects from our existing database.
Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline.




Meet monthly conversion and collected-revenue targets.
Coordinate with attorneys whenever legal analysis is required.

WHAT BACKGROUND WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?
At least three years of successful consultative sales experience.
A demonstrated record of closing professional services or other high-value engagements.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
Confidence discussing fees and asking for decisions.
