About The Role
We are looking for a Operations Manager to provide operational and systems support to on-site property management teams across multiple communities.
This role will focus on two key areas:
move-out and security deposit processing and property management systems support. You will ensure move-out statements and security deposit dispositions are accurate, completed on time, and aligned with applicable state requirements.
You will also serve as a key resource for on-site teams, helping troubleshoot property management software, resolve system-related issues, and support day-to-day operational processes.
The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working independently while supporting multiple properties and teams.
Responsibilities
Process move-out statements and security deposit dispositions accurately and within required deadlines.
Manage resident disposition statuses within property management software, from move-out notice through final ledger reconciliation and write-off.
Ensure security deposit dispositions comply with applicable state requirements and deadlines.
