About the role:
We’re seeking a Senior Studio Manager to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of the resourcing function, you’ll closely partner with the Head of Resourcing and on-site teams across the Western timezone.



You will fulfill resource requests, monitor employee utilization, coordinate internal moves across accounts, and source high-quality talent for both short-term and long-term freelance placements. This role also involves data entry and maintenance within proprietary systems and partner platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen top creative talent for open roles in the Western time zone, leveraging your networks and knowledge of the creative industry.
Manage and triage resource requests (tickets) from across the business, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of resources.
Conduct initial screening of candidates from the freelance pool to assess skill set and culture fit.
Screen referrals and build relationships with referred talent.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and discipline leads.
Negotiate freelance rates and terms to ensure win-win agreements.
