About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients in the private aviation industry is hiring a Charter Sales Executive to manage qualified charter inquiries, convert opportunities into bookings, and deliver a premium experience to high-value clientele.
This is a relationship-driven sales role combining private aviation, high-ticket sales, luxury client service, and charter coordination.
You’ll work with company-provided opportunities, understand each client’s travel requirements, recommend tailored private aviation solutions, and guide them through the booking journey from initial inquiry through post-flight follow-up.
If you’re polished, commercially driven, highly responsive, and comfortable working with high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced environment, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Own
Charter Sales & Deal Conversion
Manage qualified charter opportunities from inquiry through booking.
You’ll:




- Respond quickly to company-provided sales leads
- Understand client travel requirements and preferences
- Recommend tailored private aviation solutions
- Guide prospects confidently through the booking process
- Maintain consistent follow-up
- Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed charter bookings
- Maximize conversion while maintaining a premium client experience

High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive:
- Customer satisfaction
- Repeat bookings
- Long-term loyalty
- Referral opportunities

Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the client journey.
Ensure clients remain informed, supported, and valued from their initial inquiry through post-flight follow-up.
