What you will be doing:
As a Technical Writer you will own, structure, and standardize technical and operational documentation across internal teams. This role is focused on producing high-quality written content that supports software, IT, and operational processes—not on training delivery. You will collaborate with business, operations,



and technical stakeholders to transform existing documentation into clear, well-structured, and easily consumable materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, rewrite, and standardize existing technical and operational documentation
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, manuals, and internal guides
- Migrate and organize documentation into Office 365 and related knowledge repositories
- Define and enforce documentation standards (structure, formatting, tone, verbosity)
- Ensure documentation clarity for various internal audiences and technical levels
- Support knowledge governance by organizing information for easy discovery and reuse
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject-matter experts to accurately document processes
- Improve documentation quality, readability, and consistency across teams and departments
