Digital Marketing Account Manager – Local SEO & Google Business Profile

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage and optimize digital marketing performance across a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with a strong emphasis on Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, Local SEO, client account management, and performance reporting.
You won’t simply recommend marketing strategies—you’ll personally execute optimizations, analyze local search performance, present results to clients, and identify opportunities to improve visibility, retention, and account growth.
This role is adecuado for an experienced digital marketer who combines Local SEO expertise with strong client-facing account management skills.
What You’ll Own
Google Business Profile & Local SEO
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) across multiple client locations




- Execute Local SEO strategies to improve local search rankings and visibility
- Optimize key local ranking factors, including:
- Citations
- NAP consistency
- Reviews and reputation signals
- Business profile accuracy
- Local search presence
- Monitor local search performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Implement improvements directly rather than only providing recommendations
- Continuously evaluate performance and adjust tactics based on results

Client Account Management
- Independently manage approximately 15–20 client accounts
- Own accounts from marketing execution through reporting and client communication
- Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
- Lead monthly client meetings and performance reviews
- Clearly explain results, insights, challenges, and recommended next steps
- Build strong client relationships while maintaining accountability for marketing performance
