Job Purpose
As an AI Training Lead, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees within the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update engaging training materials and learning programs.
- Deliver training sessions for new hires and existing employees using diverse learning methods.
- Adapt training approaches to different audiences and learning needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and support when needed.
- Continuously improve training programs by incorporating feedback, industry best practices, and new learning methodologies.
- Collaborate with the training team to standardize processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Instructional Designer, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
