HarZa Group is a fast-growing operator of direct-to-consumer brands in health and wellness. Our flagship brand, Rejuvacare, serves more than 400,000 customers with products targeting chronic pain and mobility, including RejuvaKnee, FootRenew, RejuvaFlow and OzemPatch. We ship primarily to the United States and run a membership program that powers recurring revenue. The company has scaled 12x in a single year to nearly 150 people across more than 15 countries. The Role

We are a DTC company where the speed of web production directly sets the speed of marketing. We regularly launch landing pages, advertorials, product pages, Shopify storefront experiences, checkouts and upsells, complete sales funnels, new page concepts, CRO tests and iterations of existing winners.

Historically the designer finished a design and handed it to a developer to build. We are redesigning that model.



We are hiring a senior DTC UX/UI and CRO designer who owns the visual production process from beginning to end.

You will receive approved landing page copy, a structured page brief, direction for the graphics required, and the existing templates, components and brand assets. You will then turn that into a conversion-focused page design, produce the visual assets the page needs, use our AI-assisted production process to turn the approved design into the presente page, complete a full visual and responsive quality check, and hand the finished visual build to the technical QA owner.

Your responsibility does not end when the Figma file is complete. You own the page until the built version visually matches the approved design across desktop and mobile. You will not own final technical functionality such as tracking, integrations or checkout logic, which sits with technical QA. The division is simple: you own what the page looks like and how the visual experience behaves, and technical QA
