About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and confident Bilingual Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate business. This role involves managing emails, organizing business development data, conducting research, and performing outbound outreach to tenants and apartment communities/buildings to establish and maintain business relationships.

The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, highly communicative, confident on the phone, tech-savvy, and comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and streamline research. Exceptional English communication skills are essential, as the assistant will regularly communicate with U.S.-based tenants, leasing offices, and property representatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the executive's email inbox.
Research apartment communities and compile prospect lists using AI and online resources.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with accurate property information, including:
Leasing office contact names
Phone numbers
Email addresses
Corporate leasing availability




Notes from conversations
Conduct outbound outreach to tenants and apartment buildings/property communities to gather information, build relationships, and identify potential business opportunities.
Call apartment leasing offices and communicate with property representatives to gather information and establish corporate leasing relationships.
Communicate professionally with tenants, leasing offices, and property representatives via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up consistently with apartment communities and prospects that previously declined, requested future contact, or require additional communication.
Maintain detailed call notes and update CRM/spreadsheets accurately after each interaction.
Assist with tracking new business relationships, prospects, and acquisition opportunities.
Complete additional administrative and executive support tasks as assigned.
