Role overview
We are looking for a senior operator to run ClearEngine client engagements end to end, from strategy through execution,



and to hold the founder relationship. You think at the altitude of the whole business and have operated at ground level, the combination ClearEngine is built on. You lead workstreams, make the financial and strategic calls, and build the team beneath you as engagements grow.
What you’ll own
Run engagements end to end. Own the workplan, the cadence, and the calls across each engagement, from diagnosis and priorities through execution and handoff.
Hold the founder relationship. Carry the client relationship directly, including through disagreement. You defend a recommendation and sell the harder call, not just deliver the work.
Make the financial and strategic calls. Read the P&L; and the budget, pressure-test the model, and set direction on pricing, positioning, and where the business should spend its next dollar.
