Requirements

– Previous experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role in software development or technology

– Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in agile teams

– Proven track record of delivering successful software products or features from concept to launch, preferably in a fast-paced, iterative development environment

– Experience with product management tools and techniques, such as user story mapping, backlog grooming, and prioritization techniques (e.g., MoSCoW, Kano model)

– Knowledge of product management best practices, including market research, user-centered design, and product analytics

– Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, allowing effective collaboration with development teams

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and negotiate priorities with stakeholders

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to make data-driven decisions

– Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and market conditions, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations

– Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a desire to deliver products that meet and exceed user needs and expectations.

Job responsibilities

– Define and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder input, market research, and business objectives, ensuring alignment with the product vision and strategy

– Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, users, and internal teams, to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and incorporate input into the product roadmap

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans for each iteration or
