The Manager, Software Engineering is responsible for leading a team of engineers while driving delivery, quality, and operational excellence across cross-functional initiatives. This role combines people and technical leadership as well as execution accountability. Managers build high-performing teams, develop engineering talent, identify and manage risks, collaborate across functions, and ensure the reliable delivery of business outcomes. What You'll Do:
Build and maintain a high-performing engineering team through coaching, feedback, performance management, and development.



Lead or contribute to cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring work is effectively planned, executed, and communicated.
Drive accountability for quality, operational excellence, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement.
Establish visibility into team performance through effective planning, metrics, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and operational challenges.
Foster collaboration across engineering, product, and other business functions to achieve shared business objectives.
Promote engineering standards, scalable solutions, and systems-thinking approaches to problem solving, and organizational effectiveness.
Reinforce a culture of inclusion, respect, accountability, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
