Unicorn Moving & Storage is looking for an exceptional sales leader to take ownership of our Bogotá-based sales operation serving the U.S. market.
This is not a role for someone looking to simply manage a schedule, review reports and maintain the status quo.
We are looking for someone who wants to build, lead, compete and grow alongside entrepreneurs.
Unicorn has been operating for nearly 30 years, and our Bogotá sales operation is already established. You will walk into an existing team, existing lead flow, established systems and clearly defined KPIs.
Your job is to make the organization better.
You will work closely with company ownership and senior leadership in the United States and will have significant autonomy over the day-to-day performance of the sales organization.
What You Will Own
You will lead the Bogotá sales team and take responsibility for:
Daily sales execution and accountability
Coaching and developing sales representatives
Improving booking and conversion rates
Speed-to-lead performance
Pipeline management and follow-up discipline
Quote quality and accuracy
Sales call reviews and coaching
Closing difficult opportunities when leadership intervention is needed
Upselling additional services
Identifying underperformance quickly and correcting it
Developing future sales leaders within the organization
Reporting directly to company leadership on performance, opportunities and problems
