Atlas Law Center is looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead AI-enabled business transformation across our organization.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can understand how a business actually operates, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn those opportunities into practical technology solutions that deliver measurable results.

About the Role
As our AI Product Manager, you will own the AI and business transformation roadmap, working closely with the President/COO and Founder/CEO.
You will help us build practical leverage across areas including:
Client intake, qualification, follow-up, and conversion
EEOC and administrative proceedings
Attorney workflows and legal production
Settlement processes and client-status visibility
Marketing operations
Automation and enterprise technology

What You’ll Do
Own and prioritize the enterprise AI product roadmap
Map business workflows and identify opportunities, constraints, and risks
Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and implementation plans
Evaluate AI tools, vendors,



integrations, and build-vs-buy opportunities
Lead discovery, testing, implementation, training, adoption, and continuous improvement
Coordinate engineering, QA, automation, data, and external resources
Help establish responsible AI governance, security, and human-review processes
Present clear recommendations and measurable results to leadership

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in product management, business operations, digital transformation, automation, or a related field
Experience working with AI/LLMs, automation, integrations/APIs, retrieval, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop systems
Strong ability to understand complex workflows and turn business problems into technology solutions
Technical fluency sufficient to work effectively with engineers and technical teams
Excellent communication, judgment, ownership, and follow-through
Experience working with confidential or sensitiv
