About the role
Opny is hiring a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and improve our paid acquisition efforts across the funnel.
We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of proven Meta Ads experience, ideally working with high-ticket lead generation in coaching, education, info products, consulting, or professional services.
You’ll start with Meta as the primary channel, owning the day-to-day management of campaigns and using performance data to guide testing and optimization. As our paid media efforts expand, you’ll also support channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is highly execution-oriented, analytical, and comfortable taking real ownership of paid accounts without needing constant direction.
What you’ll be responsible for
Managing and optimizing paid campaigns on a day-to-day basis.
Building, launching, QAing, and maintaining campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.
Monitoring budgets, pacing,
account health, and performance trends.
Diagnosing performance issues and determining what should be tested or adjusted next.
Reporting on full-funnel performance, including qualified leads, booked calls, CAC, and revenue.
Maintaining strong tracking and attribution across Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4, UTMs, and CRM data.
Analyzing creative performance to identify winning hooks, angles, formats, fatigue, and new testing opportunities.
Maintaining a clear testing pipeline across campaigns, audiences, landing pages, offers, and creative.
Expanding into Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads as the paid media function grows.
Creative strategy
