We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to contribute to a full-stack trading solution within an enterprise banking environment. You will combine strong Java and SQL fundamentals with hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools, helping deliver reliable features while improving how engineering workflows use emerging AI capabilities.
Required for this role
5+ years of experience in full-stack Java development.
Strong backend development skills and solid SQL expertise.
Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework and AWS.
Ability to work independently on full-stack coding tasks and deliver high-quality work on time.
Effective knowledge of the SDLC and experience applying it in software development.
Early hands-on experience with and strong interest in emerging AI code tools and AI-assisted software development.
Proven experience with prompt engineering and context engineering for software development use cases.
Experience evaluating and validating AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
Upper-intermediate to expert English communication skills, with confidence collaborating in real time with stakeholders.
