Pricing Strategy Consultant / AnalystAbout The Role

We are looking for a Pricing Strategy Consultant / Analyst to join a high-performing pricing strategy team and support clients in developing data-driven pricing and commercial excellence strategies.

In this role, you will analyze pricing structures, market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities that improve profitability, strengthen market positioning, and create measurable business value. You will work across industries, collaborate with experienced consultants, and contribute to strategic recommendations presented to senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear business recommendations.
- Analyze client pricing structures, market dynamics, customer behavior, and commercial performance.
- Identify pricing and commercial improvement opportunities and develop supporting hypotheses.
- Design pricing models and conduct opportunity analyses to assess potential financial impact.
- Perform competitive benchmarking and pricing diagnostics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of value-based, dynamic, and subscription pricing models.
- Collaborate with consultants and managers to develop presentations and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Create high-quality, client-ready deliverables using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
- Work as part of a project team while developing structured problem-solving and consulting skills.
- Build expertise in data analysis, pricing methodologies, financial modeling, and business visualization.

Qualifications

- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics,



or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in consulting, pricing strategy, data analysis, financial analysis, or market analysis.
- Previous experience at a major consulting firm is a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, particularly in Excel.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.

- Analytical Rigor: Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex datasets, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Financial Modeling: Strong Excel modeling skills, including scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and financial impact assessment.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Ability to conduct benchmarking and market assessments to support strategic recommendations.
- Client Communication: Strong presentation development, communication, and data storytelling skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team while balancing independent analysis and collaborative problem-solving.
- Adaptability: Comfortable synthesizing client data, interview insights, and stakeholder guidance into targeted business opportunities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with R, Python, or Alteryx is a plus.
