Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Strategy to join the Network Products team and help shape the future of our global payments network. In this role, you will support the development, execution, and commercialization of strategic product initiatives that drive value for financial institutions, merchants, and consumers worldwide. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and business analytics,



partnering with integral teams to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and bring new capabilities and enhancements to market.

The Role
- Identify product and business opportunities through data analysis, market research, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support product initiatives and investment decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements and new initiatives from concept through execution and launch.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to gather feedback, build alignment, and support decision-making processes.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to measure outcomes, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Support pricing, product, and program-related initiatives that enhance Mastercard's network value proposition.
- Present recommendations, insights, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
