Work Arrangement: This is a remote/telecommute position.

Compensation: $1,500 – $2,500 USD/month base + performance-based commissions
English Proficiency: Advanced English required (C1/C2 preferred)
Travel: Must have a valid U.S. visa and be able to travel to Houston, Texas for initial training
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to support a growing U.S.-based insurance agency serving customers in the United States.
The adecuado candidate has a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance sales, particularly Auto and Homeowners Insurance, and is confident working directly with U.S. customers in a sales-driven environment.
Candidates who already hold an active Texas General Lines – Property and Casualty license are highly preferred. However,



we also welcome experienced insurance professionals who are willing and eligible to complete the appropriate Texas licensing process.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional based in Latin America to build a long-term career supporting the U.S. insurance market.
