About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented operator to become a strategic operational partner to the three founders of RunMonsterRun and Telos Media helping coordinate and scale the business as the RunMonsterRun brand continues to grow.
This person will transform ideas into execution by coordinating projects, aligning senior stakeholders, tracking priorities, and ensuring critical initiatives move forward. They will work across the founders' different priorities, working styles, and areas of ownership, creating alignment and driving follow-through across functions.
A key part of the role will also be taking ownership of RunMonsterRun's production timelines, ensuring projects stay on track, dependencies are managed, bottlenecks are identified early, and the relevant stakeholders remain aligned throughout the production process.

and the ability to independently navigate ambiguity while coordinating multiple senior stakeholders and concurrent priorities.

What You'll Do
Serve as a strategic operational partner to the founders, coordinating across their different priorities, working styles, and areas of ownership.
Manage and coordinate multiple senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and consistent follow-through across initiatives.
Own and manage RunMonsterRun production timelines, including milestones, dependencies, priorities, risks, and deliverables.
Drive accountability and follow-through across creative, production, operations, leadership, and external partners.
Identify and remove operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
