The Manager, Software Engineering is responsible for leading a team of engineers while driving delivery, quality, and operational excellence across cross-functional initiatives. What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a high-performing engineering team through coaching, feedback, performance management, and development. Lead or contribute to cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring work is effectively planned, executed, and communicated.
- Drive accountability for quality, operational excellence, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement.
- Establish visibility into team performance through effective planning, metrics, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
