How you create impact:
- Prospect and acquire new customers: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and face-to-face meetings,



with a strong focus on SMEs.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities, accurately tracking customer interactions and sales activities through Kuehne+Nagel's CRM to achieve growth targets.
- Act as a trusted Air Logistics consultant: Understand customers' supply chain needs and provide tailored air freight solutions while sharing market insights and value-added services.
- Drive commercial activity in the field: Conduct approximately 8 customer visits per week, strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and increasing market presence in Medellín.
- Collaborate to deliver outstanding customer experiences: Work closely with Air Logistics Customer Care, Pricing, and Operations teams to ensure successful quotations, onboarding, and long-term customer satisfaction.
