A Day in the Life

As a Production Supervisor at our Colombia plant, you will be a key player in transforming our product vision into reality. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a team of operators to achieve excellence, ensuring that every product meets the high standards that define us.

On a daily basis, your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and inspire your team: You will guide operational staff on the production lines, fostering their professional development and ensuring the successful execution of the production plan.
- Drive operational excellence: You will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, quality, and safety, implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate to solve challenges: You will proactively manage production issues, coordinating with maintenance, quality,



and logistics teams to find swift and effective solutions.
- Champion best practices: You will ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

We Are Looking For
- Having proven experience in team management within production environments.
- Possessing a strong focus on data analysis for decision-making and process improvement.
- Having solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and industrial safety standards.
- Being a results-oriented individual with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Having the ability to manage projects and coordinate stakeholders transversally.
