Join our Integrated Intelligence team as an Insights Jr Analyst, where you will help turn market and shopper data into actionable insights that support commercial and marketing decisions. Working closely with the Integrated Intelligence leadership team, you will contribute to the analysis of retail and household panel information, helping identify consumption trends, shopper behaviors, and category and brand performance opportunities.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Retail Performance Analysis: Analyze audited retail data to monitor key indicators such as market share, distribution, pricing, promotions, and channel performance.
Shopper & Household Insights: Evaluate household panel data to understand penetration, purchase frequency, spending patterns, loyalty,



and shopper profiles.
Business Reporting & Recommendations: Deliver recurring reports that highlight key findings and provide actionable recommendations for business teams.
Market Intelligence Support: Contribute to KPI tracking tools, product launch assessments, and growth opportunity identification through integrated data analysis.
Data Quality Management: Help maintain research databases and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used across analyses.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency, including participation in conversations and preparation of reports.
1 to 2 years of experience in Insights, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Research, or related areas, ideally within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
