You will report to the Creative Director.

What You Will Do:
- Create & Innovate: Bring fresh ideas for a worldwide leader brand in the customer experience market, creating exciting opportunities for new thinking, research & interaction in the digital field.



Be able to implement the most innovative tools on TTEC's digital channels in terms of web experience, animation components, and graphic resources that capture the audience's attention.
- Tell Strategic Brand Stories: Bring digital brand stories to life through compelling visual treatments aligned with our positioning. Ensure consistency across channels while staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our digital presence modern and differentiated.
- Design User-Centric Digital Elements: Craft engaging UI and interaction designs, incorporating thoughtful data visualization and visual elements that improve comprehension and drive user engagement. Test and iterate on digital assets, pages & visuals to ensure that they resonate and deliver results. Develop low
- and high-fidelity prototypes for pages and digital experiences.
- Iterate in an Agile Marketing Environment: Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadline compliance
