Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity Product Specialists
As a member of the Cybersecurity Products team, you will be responsible for owning and managing various technical and product related experience for the products our organization supports. You will work closely with our Products team stakeholders to have an in-depth understanding of our products' capabilities and features. You will also work with the Sales teams to help them execute various use cases for our products individually, and as a bundle.
As a Cybersecurity Product Specialist you will be responsible for demonstrating a high degree of product acumen in support of sales strategy by leading more complex (technical) product demonstrations, and supporting RFP/RFI responses. You will also enable product deployment and usage via customer onboarding, training development and delivery, knowledge creation and dissemination, and owning the escalations for product support.
