Responsibilities
- Elicit business needs and clarify scope with stakeholders and the delivery team
- Define and document requirements using appropriate BA artifacts
- Translate business goals into user stories with acceptance criteria ready for development and testing
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog with the team to support sprint planning and delivery
- Facilitate requirement-related workshops and support Scrum ceremonies as needed
- Align with developers and testers to resolve questions, changes, and dependencies
- Validate delivered functionality against requirements and support UAT preparation and feedback handling

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience in software delivery
- Strong Scrum knowledge and experience working in Scrum teams
- Proven ability to create and maintain BA artifacts documentation
- Solid requirements elicitation and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)

- Effort estimation experience
- NDC (New Distribution Capability) or One-Order domain knowledge
