Trade Marketing Manager
About the Role:
At Essity, we are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and execution-focused professional to lead the Trade Marketing strategy for our Retail Channel, with a strong focus on pharmacies and key accounts. This role will be responsible for connecting brand strategy with in-store execution, ensuring our brands deliver meaningful shopper impact, strengthen their market position, and drive profitable growth across the Colombian market.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute the Trade Marketing strategy for the Retail/Pharmacy channel, aligned with brand, category, and business objectives.
- Translate brand strategies into customer-specific, regional, and channel-based execution plans that drive business results.
- Lead the implementation of visibility initiatives, activations, promotions, product launches, and in-store excellence programs to maximize shopper engagement.
- Participate in the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers,
identifying opportunities to strengthen brand performance and accelerate growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains, distributors, and strategic customers, acting as a trusted business partner.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as sell-in, sell-out, market share, distribution, visibility, and promotional effectiveness to identify opportunities and drive action plans.
- Manage the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring efficient investments, strong ROI, and agility in a competitive environment.
- Ensure flawless execution at point of sale through third-party agencies and field teams, maintaining brand guidelines and execution standards.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment, speed, and excellence in execution.
- Conduct regular customer and market visits across the country to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen business relationships.
