- Elaborar productos de pastelería en producción por volumen, cumpliendo recetas, gramajes y estándares establecidos.
- Garantizar la calidad, sabor, textura,
presentación y conservación de los productos.
- Cumplir estrictamente las BPM, normas de higiene, manipulación de alimentos y seguridad alimentaria.
- Mantener el orden, limpieza y desinfección del área, equipos y utensilios.
- Realizar correctamente el almacenamiento y rotación de materias primas y productos, aplicando PEPS.
- Cumplir con los tiempos y metas de producción establecidos.
- Trabajar de manera organizada y productivo, optimizando materias primas y evitando desperdicios.
- Participar en la rotación de turnos, adaptándose a diferentes horarios y necesidades de producción.
- Reportar oportunamente novedades de calidad, producción, equipos o materias primas.
