Someone who can manage the global hiring processes, develop strategies to attract and engage the best professionals, and foster a positive work culture to ensure long-term success.As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing highly skilled designers and creatives, ensuring that the company continues to thrive as a leading remote design agency.



Pay Rate (Per Hour): $5.25 - $5.75 Working Hours: M-F 9am-6pm (Colombia time)
