Job Summary:

The Lead Engineer will act as a technical lead across Saviynt implementation and integral operations initiatives. The role requires extensive experience designing enterprise-scale identity governance platforms while leading complex integrations, modernization programs, and operational transformation efforts. Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

· Own end-to-end technical delivery of Saviynt initiatives.

· Define implementation standards, architecture patterns, and governance controls.

· Lead large-scale application onboarding programs.

Solution Design

· Architect and implement:

o JML Workflows

o RBAC Frameworks

o Access Certification Programs

o SoD Frameworks

o Role Engineering Models

· Drive platform optimization and automation.

Operations Leadership

· Provide L3/L4 escalation support.

· Manage platform health, performance, and resilience.

· Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and service metrics.

· Lead problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technology & Innovation

· Drive API-led integrations.

· Leverage automation and AI-driven operational efficiencies.





· Evaluate emerging identity security capabilities.

People Leadership

· Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers.

· Conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

· Support talent development and succession planning. Skills and Experience:

Required Qualifications

· English level B2+

· 7–9 years of IAM/IGA experience.

· 5+ years of Saviynt hands-on experience.

· Proven experience with enterprise implementations.

· Strong technical expertise in:

o REST APIs

o SQL

o Identity Lifecycle Management

o Role Management

o Certification Frameworks

o SoD Governance

o Cloud Identity Services

Preferred Qualifications

· Saviynt Certified Professional.

· Experience working in multinational environments.

· Exposure to M&A; identity integration programs.

· Knowledge of Zero Trust and Identity Security frameworks.
