We are searching for a remarkably inventive Lead Motion Designer to join our global Creative and Marketing team.

In this role, you will focus your efforts on high-caliber visual storytelling, modern-day video production, and transforming complex technology concepts into engaging motion experiences. You should flourish in a fast-moving environment, applying generative AI with care, teaming up across varied disciplines, sustaining excellent project structure,



and delivering premium creative outputs against tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Translate sophisticated B2B and technical concepts into accessible, emotionally engaging visual narratives through thoughtful storytelling, design logic, and motion expertise
Craft high-quality motion graphics under pressing deadlines while adjusting nimbly to changing creative direction and stakeholder guidance
Move seamlessly between Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to review storyboards, build key visuals, animate static designs, and work hand in hand with designers, marketers, and creative leads
Assemble carefully arranged After Effects projects that are simple to take over, update, grow, and pass along across integral creative teams
Weave generative AI into brainstorming, concept exploration, asset creation, and production processes while safeguarding sensitive information, brand identity, and intellectual property
Develop engaging motion content
