Responsibilities
Plan and support scalable backend systems and services that align with evolving business needs
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions
Facilitate code reviews and reinforce high code quality standards within the team
Tune application performance and fix technical issues as they arise
Direct the integration of external APIs and third-party services into the platform
Maintain and refresh technical documentation for all system features and components
Enforce best practices across the software development process
Contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows and technical skills
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software development
1+ year of experience leading and managing development teams
Advanced expertise in Python for developing and maintaining applications
Solid background in database design, administration, and performance optimization
Exposure to AI-driven solution development or experience using Large Language Models (LLM) in software projects
Proficiency using Git for version control and collaborative work
Hands-on experience with Python web framew
