We are seeking a Salesforce Data Model SME to analyze, refine, and enhance our existing Salesforce data infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to align data structures with business needs.
Responsibilities
Analyze and refine the existing Salesforce Data Model to align with business requirements
Collaborate with 3-5 teammates to design and implement enhancements to the data structure
Evaluate Sales and Revenue models and Marketing Tables to ensure consistency and accuracy
Interpret and analyze data to support informed decision-making
Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings
Identify and resolve data-related challenges through effective problem-solving approaches
Apply best practices in data governance and management within Salesforce environments
Requirements
5+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Model, Sales and Revenue models, and Marketing Tables
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making
Knowledge of SQL querying
Skills in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and implement effective solutions
Familiarity with best practices in data governance and management within Salesforce environments
