We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation projects, specifically in eCommerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive business growth and digital innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining solutions,

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, with a focus on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to understand business objectives and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations
Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions by working closely with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners
Analyze and document existing systems, processes, and data flows, identifying opportunities for improvement or automation
