As a Shopper Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategic direction,



driving execution for key customers, and directly influencing our commercial P&L.; By leveraging our Leadership Principles (LIFT: Trust, Impact, and Future), you will empower cross-functional teams, transform data into actionable insights, and champion innovative shopper experiences across all channels.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Omnichannel Growth: Translate commercial strategies into innovative shopper programs across all channels. Lead the deployment of our CD EDGE strategy, reinforce CD fundamentals, and ensure flawless execution of Omni Demand Generation Plans aligned with shopper needs.

Champion Commercial Excellence: Co-lead the execution of the 7P strategy and align team performance with key financial objectives, including Organic Growth (OG), GTN targets, and Net Sales goals.
