Primavera Talent is proud to partner with Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness to find an exceptional Virtual Patient Care Coordinator to join their dynamic and mission-driven team. This is a full-time, fully remote position for an English-speaking professional based in Colombia .

At Forever Fit, patients are treated like family - and we’re looking for someone who shares that same level of care and dedication. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring patients feel supported at every stage of their physiotherapy journey, while also building strong relationships with colleagues and contributing to the clinic’s ongoing success.

Location : Remote (Colombia-based)

Compensation : Competitive (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule : Monday to Friday (42hrs per week) aligned to Eastern Time

What you’ll be doing:

- Answering patient calls, texts, and video chats with professionalism and warmth
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-ups with precision
- Checking patients in and out for virtual appointments
- Ensuring all intake forms and documentation are completed
- Collecting payments and explaining treatment plans clearly
- Helping new patients understand the value of physiotherapy and feel confident about their first visit

What you bring:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or a patient-facing role




- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and spoken English (minimum level C1)
- A quiet, well-lit place to work, and access to stable internet (100 Mbps minimum)
- Confidence with technology and learning new systems
- Clear communication, organization, and great energy
- A background in physiotherapy is a plus - but not a must.
