The

Mid Software Engineer designs, develops, and supports cloud-native applications, APIs, and event-driven services for enterprise customers. This role owns features end-to-end, deploys solutions through Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines, and works with distributed systems to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop applications and APIs using

Java, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript

, or similar technologies

- Build event-driven architectures using Kafka, including producers, consumers, retries, and error handling

- Develop asynchronous and reactive services for scalable, high-performance systems

- Deploy and manage applications on

Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Build and maintain

CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, and deployment automation

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production applications and distributed systems

- Write clean, maintainable code following

SOLID principles and engineering best practices

- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration

Required Experience & Skills

- 4–7 years of experience building production-grade software applications and services





- Strong experience with at least one language/framework pair such as

Java/Spring Boot, Kotlin, Python/FastAPI, TypeScript/Node, or .NET

- Experience designing and consuming

REST, GraphQL, or gRPC APIs

- Strong knowledge of

Kafka and event-driven architectures

- Hands-on experience with

Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience building and supporting

CI/CD pipelines

(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Experience (Nice to have)

- Experience with

Snowflake integrations (Snowpark, Streams, Tasks, stored procedures)

- Familiarity with

AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Codex

- Exposure to

Istio/service mesh technologies and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform

- Relevant certifications in

AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or Snowflake
