Role Purpose The Site Merchandising Content Specialist supports the eCommerce team by setting up and managing content and products on our website. This includes uploading products, images, and videos, and making sure everything is accurate, complete, and published on time. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and works well with others.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up products on the website for licensing initiatives, working with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams.
- Maintain accurate product data in spreadsheets and upload templates.
- Upload and organize images and videos across brands, following creative guidelines.
- Review all uploaded products and assets for accuracy before they go live on the site.
- Use Asana to track tasks and communicate progress to the team.
- Look for ways to make upload and merchandising workflows faster and more efficient.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, or digital marketing.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills,



including formulas and data cleanup.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with a CMS or PIM system preferred.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Wrike is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools such as Parabola or n8n is a plus.
